STORE CREDIT
We take pride in all of our products we produce. If there is an issue please contact us within (3) days of receiving your order. Based on a case by case situation and proof that there is an issue with a product on our behalf, a store credit may be provided to you. Please note store credits expire within 30 days from the date the store credit was issued.
SHIPPING
Please allow 3-5 business days of processing before order ships. Once order ships we will provide your tracking number via email. We ship priority mail 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please verify all info is correct prior to completing orders. If there is an issue after you have been provided with a tracking number, please contact USPS

PICK-UP
Please allow up to 1- 3 business days of processing time for local pick up orders. There is a time frame to pick up all orders. You have 2 weeks excluding holidays or weekends to pick up all orders once they are ready, or we will attempt to email a shipping invoice. We will email or text time and location. Pick up is available Monday-Friday unless stated otherwise. Pick up locations are on Nine mile road or Pensacola Blvd. If orders are not picked up during the allotted time or shipped, 20% of order amount will be deducted for processing and re-stocking fees. The remaining amount will be issued as a store credit, in which you will have 30 days to redeem or the store credit will expire.
